A research study was done to compare the mean number of eggs produced by chickens housed at several different Egg producing companies. Of particular interest was the average number of eggs produced by chickens housed in four distinct types (Caged, Barn, Free-Range, and Organic). The numbers represent the average number of eggs produced by the sampled chickens that were housed in each of the four manners.
