The answer for number 2 is: Your multiply the Input numbers by 2.

For the other ones, I not 100% percent sure what the answers are.

for the function tables you just need to substitute the input for x

for example (question 3):

1 -> 2(1)+3 -> 5

3 -> 2(3)+3 -> 9

4 -> 2(4)+3 -> 11
