For (6^2)x=1, 6^2 inside the parentheses should be done first. That equals 36. We are left with 36x=1. The only value that can be multiplied to 36 to make it equal 1 is 1/36. So for the 1st one, x= 1 over 36. For (6^0)x=1, you have to always remember that any number with the power of zero, even if it is 1 million, 100 billion or anything, it will always equal 1. So all we are left with is 1x=1. Well, x and 1x are the same thing! So basically, x=1.
