The point (1,3) is reflected over the x-axis. what is the location of the translated point?

If point is reflected over the x-axis, the translated point has x-axis coordinate the same as initial point, and y-axis coordinate of the initial point, but with the opposite sign

(1,3) - initial point
(1,-3) - translated point
