So how much did he get paid for the other 2.25 hours?
He is paid 1.5 times $9.20 each hour after that.
That's $13.80 an hour.
Times two hours is $27.60.

27.6 + 368 = Only $395.60!
Even if he got paid for that quarter of an hour, a quarter of $13.80 is only $3.45, which puts him at $399.05--still not more than $400.
