To find the probability the contestant is doing a Conky, the formula is :
P = Number of favored outcome / Total number of outcome. The number of favored outcome is 1, the Conky. The total number of outcome is 4 which is the total number of dance moves. 

P = 1 / 4
   = 0.25

Therefore, there is a 25% probability that the contestant is doing a Conky.
