2m + 6 = 2m - 1 ( i cant figure this problems out : ( if theres someone who is really good at these that can message me and me out i have an f right now, 25 days until graduation)

Something tells me you typed up the equation incorrectly, because if you're trying to solve for m then there's no answer here

The answer to this problem is no solution, because you will end up getting 
6 = -1 as an answer, and that is a false statement. 

Here are all of my steps when I solved this problem: 

                              2m + 6 = 2m - 1             Both of the 2m's on either side of
                            - 2m        - 2m                   this equation cancel out.
                       
                                      6 = -1 

Well in order to lose a pound you would have to burn 1,500 calories. the more calories you burn the more weight you lose. in order to lose 2 pounds you would have to run 4 hours and 28 minutes.
