Can someone show me the workings out for each of these three questions

(c) 5p + 7 = 12 - 3p

8p = 5 

p = 5/8 = 0.625

5. (a)

7p + 2 = 5p + 8

2p = 6

p = 3

(b) 7r + 2 = 5r - 20

2r = -22

r = -11

I'm pretty sure it's b). i try drawing the functions out and b is the one that stands out or isnt a "line"
