a. vertex (-4,2) intercepts x= 3,-3

c. vertex (-3,-1) intercepts x= -4,-2
d. vertex (1,-9) intercepts x= 4, -2

The answer is C. (x+4) would equal to x= -4 because (x+4) would turn into x+4=0, therefore all you have to do is to subtract 4 from both sides so the answer would be -4. Same for (x+2).
