What is the equation of the line that passes through (4, -1) and (-2, 3)?

2x - 3y - 5 = 0
2x + 3y - 5 = 0
-2x + 3y - 5 = 0
i know for sure that the answer is 2x + 3y - 5 = 0 i just need somone to explain it!
