On the curved sections, you can put a center of a circle and mark 153 degrees to the hand off zones. The runner in lane eight (the outside lane) will have to run further on the curved section because it's a longer arc. How much longer does a runner in lane eight have to run than the runner in lane one (the inside lane)? Other information: The distance from the center of the circle to lane 8 is 25 m. The distance from the center to lane one is 17m.
