According to the question,

b = ( c - 2 ) cm

Now, we know that :

★ Perimeter of ∆ = Sum of all sides

35 = a + b + c

35 = (c - 2) + (c - 2) + c

35 = c - 2 + c - 2 + c

35 = c + c + c - 2 - 2

35 = 3c - 4

35 + 4 = 3c

39 = 3c

= c

13 = c

So, third side of the triangle is 13 cm.
