PLEASE HELP ASAP GEOMETRY!! 100 POINTS REAL ANSWERS ONLY OR YOU WILL BE REPORTED AND GET NO POINTS! First I think this information will help with the problem:

Ferris wheel: Diameter = 200 feet and has 42 gondolas evenly spaced out along the circle. Each sector starts and ends at the point at which the gondola is attached to the Ferris wheel circle.

Calculations:
a. Area of the wheel? = 31400 feet^2
b. Measure of the central angle in degrees: = (rounded) 8.57 degrees
c. Measure of a central angle in radians: = (rounded) 0.15 radians
d. Arc length between two gondolas:= (rounded) 14.95.
e. Area of each sector: = (rounded) 747.49

The question I need help with:

A passenger must climb 7 steps to a platform to enter the gondola. Each step is 7.5 inches. What would the equation of the ferris wheel circle be on a cartesian coordinate graph if the x-axis is the ground and the y-axis is the axis of symmetry of the ferris wheel.
