One day, Joe and four of his friends attended the State Fair. Each had a different amount of money to spend – at least $10 but no more than $20. The boy who spent $11 spent $2 more than he had left. Dan spent twice as much as he had left. Bud, Ken and Tim each spent the same amount as they had left. One boy started with an odd number of dollars. Dan had the same amount left as Tim. Bud spent $1 more than Tim. Ken started with $8 more than one other boy had left. Determine the amount that each boy had AND the amount he spent.
