Movie Ticket Dilemma During the grand opening of the new pizza parlor, Steve was hired to give out free
movie tickets to customers. On Friday, he started with a box of tickets, and he
distributed 0.50 of the box; on Saturday, he distributed 1/3 of what was left; on
Sunday, he distributed 0.25 of the remaining amount; on Monday, he distributed 6/18
of what was left; and on Tuesday, he distributed 2/12 of what remained.
At the end of the 5 days, he had 60 tickets left. Determine how many tickets Steve
had when he began to give them away.
