l²-(1/4πd²) where l is length of one side of the square,π is 22/7 and d is diameter of the circle
(8ft*8ft)-(1/4*22/7*8ft*8ft) 
64ft²-352/7ft²
13.71 ft² is the area of the shaded area
2.(1/2bh)-(lw) where l is the length of the rectangle, w is the width of the rectangle,b is the base of the triangle, h is the height of the triangle.
(1/2*6m*7m)-(4m*2m)
21m²-8m²
13m² is the area of shaded area.
