Prove that y = -3x + 3 is linear

Linear line is a straight line. In this equation which is in slope intercept form (y=Mx+b) M the number in front of the x is the slope (also known as common different) -3 is the slope, you do rise rise over run -3(down 3 to the right 1) or (up 3 to the left 1) and 3 is the y intercept. Y intercept is when x=0 (3,0). If you graph the point (3,0) you go down 3 to the right 1.
