First what your gonna do is find the slope. So y2-y1/x2-x1 so 17-12/220-120= 5/100 so 1/20. Then you have to put that into slope intercept form. So y=1/20x + b. Then plug in points for x and y. I’ll use 12 and 120. So 12 = 1/20(120)+ b = 12=6+b then subtract 6 from both sides to get b= 6. So your answer is y= 1/20x +6
