This equation is represented in the form y=mx+b with m being the slope and b being the y intercept. This doesnt have a y-intercept so the slope on the graph would start at (0,0). The slope is -3/1 in this problem meaning you go down three units and right 1 unit. then to get a line you do the opposite of the slope. So you would go up three units and left 1 unit from the point (0,0). then connect those two points and you get a line. hope this helps
