while testing for pandemic disease in uganda on Eighteenth November Twenty Twenty, the ratio of negative to positive cases was three to Twenty five respectively ,Forty percent of the positive cases were from Elegu town while Afifth of negative cases were from Luwero town .if sixty of the remaining negative cases were from Kampala were tested in Uganda that day?​
