So, with that being said, let's go step by step. I could've done an easier way, but for the sake of this question, I will do it a way that is a bit longer.

For the next number, if there is a + and then a () and there is a negative number in the parenthesis, forget about the + and just subtract 15.

-10-15= -25

Same for the next number. -25-8= -33

-33+3= -30

The easier method is just combining the negative numbers and adding/subtracting them and then combining the positive numbers and adding/subtracting them, and then combining both results to get your answer.
