Can someone please help me with these two Pre-Calc questions? 1. Write the equations of the circles that satisfy the following conditions (note: there are two circles)
• Radius = 5
• Center is on the line 2x + y - 4 = 0
The circles are tangent to the line 3x + 4y - 6 = 0

2. A tractor trailer is carrying a cargo that is covered with a tarp and is rectangular shaped when viewed from the rear. The entire width of the truck and its cargo is 14 feet. The driver needs to drive through a semi circular Archway (underpass of a bridge) whose maximum height is 25 feet. If the overall height of the truck and its cargo is 24.5 feet, Will it fit under the bridge safely? Assume the driver realizes that she must drive down the center of the road in order to do this. Please explain in detail your choice.
