I can’t do this anymore I need help please I can’t do it I can’t survive this world is to cruel I could hardly breath right now having a mental breakdown and I only slept two hours do I deserve this pain am I really worthless like what my mom says everyday everyone hates me I can’t anymore

Okay please calm down sweetheart let me tell you one thing. you are NOT worthless. dont listen to what anybody tells you. you are a living breathing human being that deserves a happy life. I dont hate you. Take a deep breath. we are all going through some kind of hardship right. but every day we get up from bed and fight. we face the harsh reality of this world and still smile. because we are strong. the hardships that we go through make us the human beings we will grow up to be. Strong and independent. you may not understand now but one day you will. This pain you are going through is how you will grow. One day you will realize that you are a treasure in this world.
