years. Gerald Bowley, the owner and founder of

same ethics of hard work and honest dealing
that put Bowley’s on the map.
Position: Cashier
Job Duties:
• Answer customers' questions and
complaints, and provide information on
procedures or policies.
• Use cash register and scanner to record and
charge customers accurately for items they
wish to purchase.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change
due to customers.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
• Offer customers carry-out service at the
completion of transactions.
• Accept reservations or requests for take-out
orders.
• Calculate total payments received during a
time period, and reconcile this with total
sales.
• Stock shelves, and mark prices on shelves
and items.
Wage: $8.50/ hour
Necessary Skills:
• Able to do repetitious work accurately and
quickly
• Had basic mathematics skills
• Needs good manual dexterity
• Should be neat in appearance
• Should be able to deal tactfully and
pleasantly with customers
