How do i solve {4x-9y=26 4x-5y=2 with elimination

{4x-9y=26 /(-1) (we multipe the firt equation with -1 and then we have
{4x-5y=2
.
{-4x+9y=-26
{4x-5y=2
Then we have
4y=-24 because -4x+4x=0 and 9y-5y=4y and -26+2=-24
Now I am gonna rewrite the things that are left from the equation
4y=-24
y=-24/4
y=-6
Now we take one of the equation that we had in the beggining
This time I am going to take the second one because it is easier!
4x-5y=2 an we just replace y with -6
4x-5*(-6)=2
4x+30=2
4x=2-30
4x=-28
x=-28/4
x=-7

The answer is something i don’t know
