The values on the x-axis range from 0 to 9 in increments of 1 and the values on the y-axis range from negative 4 to 4 in increments of 1. A curve starts from a point below the x-axis in the fourth, goes up towards right with a decreasing rate, enters the first quadrant then goes down towards right enters the fourth quadrant again with an increasing rate.
