10 to the power of 4 as a decimal

You treat it as 10^4 (the small number is the number of zeros. Therefore the answer is 10000. Or of you meant 10^-4. Its the same concept, just reversed. So the answer in this case is 0.0004.

the median here is 25. your lowest value is 14 and highest value is 48. to find the third quartile, find the medium number in between 25 and 48 which would be 42 i believe.

to plot points   for x just start at the origin (middle) and go to the left however many times it say(if the number is a positive) if the number is a negative then go right however many times it says if it is 0 go nowhere

now keep you pencil there and go up however many times it says on y(if it is positive) if it is negative then go down however many times it says. if it says 0 go nowhere.
