The equation will be y = -3/2x + 4. you can use the form y = mx + b to find the equation. the slope of the line (m in the equation) is -3/2. you can count from one point to another point by following rise over run. count 6 units down from the point on the far left and 2 units right. you get -6/2, which reduces to -3/2. the b part of the equation is your y-intercept, which is where the line crosses the y-axis. in this case, the y-intercept is (0, 4), so the b value will be 4.
