You said that I most likely need to take all of the miles he goes in a week and then divide it to get the distance in days -> this is really simple so take a look: Monday he jogged 3 miles, Tuesday he jogged 3 miles, Wednesday he jogged 3 miles Thursday he jogged 3 miles, Friday he jogged 3 miles, Saturday he jogged 6.5 miles and finally, on Sunday he jogged 6.5 miles -> 3+3+3+3+3+6.5+6.5 = 28.
