Option B is asking about from morning to afternoon. So from -2 to 5. First we have to bring the negative number to 0, you have to add 2 to -2 to get zero. Then we have to go more positive until we get to 5, which is 5 more. So from -2 to 5 we had to move a total of 7. Option B says we only moved 5 degrees, which we can see in untrue since it was 7 degrees above.
