Well this isn’t really a question that someone else can answer, because it’s asking about your life goals, but I can help give you ideas.

First things first... think about your life goal. For example: what do you want to be in the future, for a job maybe or what kind of person you want to be.
Second... what short goals are going to help you reach your life goal. For example, if you say your life goal is a certain job, will you need to go to college for this job? Finishing high school? When will you start applying to colleges? If you choose to say your life goal is to be a better person, your short goals would be what are you doing now that you’re going to change to be a better person? Are you going to help people, help animals?

This is really a personal question, therefore someone else can’t really answer it for you, because then it would be there life goal not yours. I hope this helps you come up with some ideas(:
