The line x = |y| on the graph of #14 is not a function because there is more than one y value for a single x value. This also hits a vertical line more than once.

The table on #15 is not a function because their is more than one y value per x value. It also hits a vertical line more than once.

The equation y = 1/4x is a function because there is only one output for each input. This also does not hit a vertical line more than once

The equation x = y - 1 is a function because it is simply a rearanged version of y = x + 1 which has only one output for each input. It also does not hit a vertical line more than once.
