So :

AEB + BEC + CED = 180

( 11x - 12 ) + ( 4x + 1 ) + ( 4x + 1 ) = 180

11x + 4x + 4x - 12 + 1 + 1 = 180

19x - 10 = 180

Plus sides 10

19x - 10 + 10 = 180 + 10

19x = 190

Divided sides by 19

So : x = 10°

AEB = 11x - 12

AEB = 11(10) - 12

AEB = 110 - 12

AEB = 98°
