During Spring 2016, 90 randomly selected Purdue undergrads were asked if, in a typical day, they watch something on an actual television set. A similar survey of 68 Purdue staff members was also conducted. The results are recorded in the Purdue TV Watchers dataset. Use Minitab to compute a 90% confidence interval based on these samples for the difference between the proportion of undergrads and staff members who watch something on a TV set in a typical day and give an interpretation of your interval. In particular, are we 90% confident that a higher percentage of staff members watch a TV on a typical day than undergrads.
