first I would find all the ways to make 9

5+4

then I would find all the ways to make 10

6+4=10

5+5=10

then I would find all the ways to make 11

6+5

then I would find all the ways to make 12

6+6=12

then add the number of possibilities

9 + 10 + 11 + 12 = 6

There are 6 different ways to make a sum of 9 or more
