Solve the equation for x.3(6x - 1) = 12 i've tried doing the math and i can't find out what i'm doing wrong

I'm confused on this could anyone me and show me what i need to do to solve it.

Pepe and leo deposits money into their savings account at the end of the month the table shows the account balances. if there pattern of savings continue and neither earns interest nor withdraw any of the money , how will the balance compare after a very long time ?
