M=1/4; (0,-2) write an equation in point slope form for the line that has given slope m and that passes through the given point

Y=1/4x -2

since the slope is already given , i put that as the m , then i found the y intercept by plugging the coordinates points in the equation , but the y intercept is also already given in the point (0,-2) . it already shows that when x is 0 y is -2. hope this helps
