if  the line goes by    (0; -2)  then   "b" =  -2  

Now we have the following  equation :    m( -4) + (-2) = 1

                                                                    -4m -2 = 1

                                                                    -4m = 3

                                                                       m =  3/ -4

                                                                       m =  - 3/4

so   Y =  -3/4  X - 2
