The Midwest Flyer leaves Indianapolis at midnight and arrives in New York City at 2:00 PM, 14 hours later. The Silver Streak leaves New York City at 2:00 AM and arrives in Indianapolis at noon, 10 hours later. How far from each city do the spies plan to rendezvous, and at what time?
