The cross-section of a vater tank is a right triangle with legs of length 2 feet and 3 feet. The tank is 5 feet long (so the tank is wedge-shaped) and it iis oriented so that it rests on its 2 feet-by-5 feet side on a flat horizonal surface. It is full of water which is released at a constant 2 cubic feet per hour. How fast is the water level decreasing when the depth of the remaining water is 3 inches?
