Let p1 be the proportion of all entering freshmen at the private university who graduated in the top 10% of their high school class and let p2 be the proportion of all entering freshmen at the public university who graduated in the top 10% of their high school class. A 95% confidence interval for p1 - p2 is (0.088, 0.126).

(a) What is the point estimate that was used to create the interval? What is the margin of error?
b) Interpret the confidence level.
