Find all vectors of length 't' parallel to the vector u=< 1,2>

hi, all. i've been racking my brain over this simple problem the past few hours and haven't been able to find anything after some research. i came up with an expression but it seems too simple to be the answer. i let v= [v1,v2] and set tv=u where t is an arbitrary scalar. i figured that this expression must capture all the possible vectors parallel to 'u' but i'm still unsure. if anyone could shed some insight or indicate if this expression is correct, that would be greatly appreciated.
