The fourth one is the correct answer. Easiest method would be to start with the +1 part. It shows where the line will intercept y. Now find the slope. We see that from left to right it is going downwards, this means a negative slope. Every five step horizontally gives one step vertically, this means a 1/5 slope. 
So the -1/5x + 1
