-6x^3y^2 + 12x^2y^3 - 2x + 3y is the answer. what the question is asking for you to do is rewrite the polynomial in order with the first group being the x with the largest exponent and the last being the group with the smallest exponent. the first 3 are easy to see bc the exponents go from 3 to 2 to 1. the last one however does not have a visual x component which makes it somewhat more complicated. the last group can be rewritten as 3yx^0 bc any number to the zero power is 1. this means that the last group has an x to the power of zero, thus putting it last in descending order
