6% purchased model and 26% model b. Because you add up the all of the people who were and weren’t happy for both so it was 35 people in total.

So for a you divide 2 by 35 and then multiply that by 100 and then round and you get 6%

For b you divide 9 by 35 mult. By 100 and then round you get 26%
