Solve the system of linear equations by substitution. 3x+2y=0 y=1/2x-1 i keep getting the wrong answer to this problem! can somebody explain how to do it ?

4x - 2 = 0

4x = 2

x = 2/4

x = 1/2

y = (1/2)*(1/2) - 1 ... replace x with 1/2

y = 1/4 - 1

y = 1/4 - 4/4

y = (1-4)/4

y = -3/4
