Which graph represents the equation -9x + 3y = 9

Don't worry about the graph part but i need help on how to figure this out. I think it needs to go into slope intercept for but im not sure how.

Best  3y - 9 ≤ 6x  

y ≤ 2x + 3  

the slope is 2/1 and the y-intercept is 3
