Ihave a sheet for a alegbra/slope little and i and super stumped can someone explain slope better to me?

I’m actually working on slopes to and idk if you need the equations or actually figuring out what the slope is on a graph, but to find a slope on a graph all you do is fine the rise (up) over run (across) let’s say the numbers are 5 and 3 you would do 5-3=2 and 2 would be your slope.
