No. Your percentage is incorrect.

Because this is a repeating decimal, the percentage has to be repeating too, so the percent should be 266.66...%

On the other hand, even this would be wrong. Because 3/8 is not 2.6, it is 0.375 (see other answer)

Fraction = 3/8

Decimal = 0.375

Percent = 37.5%
