The rule is that the longest side of the triangle is across from the largest angle, and the shortest side of the triangle is across from the smallest angle.  We need to determine what angle Q's measure is in order to determine the relationship you're looking for.  By the Triangle Angle-Sum theorem, the angles of a triangle add up to equal 180.  Therefore, angle Q is 180-30-85 = 65.  Side PR is across from angle Q, and side PQ is across from angle R.  Since angle R is larger than angle Q, side PQ is longer than side PR.  Is that what you were looking for?
